Asset & Configuration Coordinator - Defence

Your New Role

Working on a Defence program, and reporting into the Project Manger as a Configuration, Asset and Data Management Specialist, your role will be to:

• Update, implement and maintain Configuration, Asset and Data Management processes and procedures in accordance with business and customer requirements
• Maintain and update documents and related configuration items in accordance with approved configuration and baseline changes, either directly or in coordination with SMEs
• Manage the accuracy and completeness of configuration status accounting records, documents and diagrams
• Administer program-specific configuration management tools
• Audit configuration items in accordance with a contracted schedule and maintain asset management records
• Attend, and support customer Configuration Control Boards.

Please note the successful candidate will be an Australian Citizen with a NV-1 or higher AGSVA Security Clearance.

About You and What You'll Bring

Joining a tight-knit team working closely with the customer, your strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail will hold you in good stead for the role, we are also looking for:

• Prior experience in a Configuration Analyst or Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) role
• ITIL V4 Qualified 
• Good understanding of all the ITIL Processes and how SACM integrates with the other ITIL Processes
• Strong technical, logical & problem solving skills
• Strong presentation, engagement & communication skills (written & verbal)
